Marco is the Managing Broker and Owner of Godwyn Realty, ERA Powered which launched in October of 2019 and worked as the Director of Operations for The Picolo-Ramos Team from 2015-2019. A broker known for his extensive market knowledge, branding expertise, and his unmatched devotion to his agents and clients, Marco has gained the trust of some of the brightest agents in New Orleans.

 

He earns the respect of his agents by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them guidance and expert advice.Marco also utilizes the latest technologies and is supported by a full-time executive assistant, Raegan Moeller, who shares Marco’s attention to detail and passion for perfection.

 

Marco helped to orchestrate the explosive growth in sales of The Picolo-Ramos Team and now Godwyn Realty, ERA Powered. He started working with his wife, Brittany Picolo-Ramos, in 2015 and oversaw the rise in sales of their team from $14,000,000 in sales in 2015, to over $31,000,000 by the end of 2018. Godwyn Realty, ERA Powered, under Marco’s leadership and with the help of his team of top producers, reached over $60,000,000 in sales by the end of 2021. Currently the brokerage has 21 agents and 3 full-time administrative staff.
